Returns and Refunds
Item(s) purchased should be posted at the customers expense and the item(s) should be in new, unused condition with the original tags and everything else still attached. We allow you 14 days (two weeks) from receiving the product to return in order to be eligible for refund. To return your item please send it to the address given below with a copy of the original invoice and a written explanation to why you are wanting to return your item(s). This is so we can help you and future customers. You will be refunded once the item has been received and marked to clear. We will refund you via the way the original payment was made. Please note we can't refund the original shipping of the item bar the exception of incorrect or faulty items.
